| Downtown Orlando Project Orange Avenue Street Scape which is the first 6 block area of Orange Avenue in Downtown Orlando that began the revitalization of the Downtown area. Rick Fender Estimated and Project Managed this $3 million dollar project. The project was manned 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. The project was completed under budget and ahead of the projected schedule. The project consisted of 6 blocks of the sidewalks and roadway of Downtown Orlando being demolished and reconstructed to the City of Orlando and State of Florida Department of Transportation regulations.
