| The 40 acre site required complete site development. Rick estimated and project managed this $2,000,000 project located in South Orlando on Sand Lake Road. The main entrance required a 96' arched culvert that is pictured while the headwall is being installed. A massive retention pond required large heavy equipment for the removal of over 100,000 cubic yards of soil. Special attention was paid to preserving the adjacent wetlands. The paving and drainage was completed and the individual sites were sold off and developed individually. The project was a tremendous success.
