| This FDOT project was very challenging on several points. The traffic control of the Beeline Toll Plazas had to be maintained throughout the project. The canopy over the toll booths had to be extended and several steel reinforced concrete toll booth areas. A new toll plaza office was also constructed. This project was built in 1983 under the close inspections of the FDOT. They were very happy with the project.
